| BUYERS! THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO SEARCH:
IT'S EASY! The PREFERRED SITE allows you to view ALL of the listings in our area (not just Seashore's). Select the second button down at the top-left of this page "ALL LOCAL LISTINGS". Follow the simple instructions by choosing your AREA (Note: if you want to view more than one area, hold your shift key down and click each one); then choose your PROPERTY TYPE; and your PRICE RANGE.
The second search method gives you DIRECT ACCESS to the Brookings' Multilple Listing Service (MLS). Simply put, you save time by being able to view listings from ALL of the real estate companies in our area (not just Seashore's). To do this, select the third button down "MLS (Multiple Listing Service)" at the top-left of this page. Then click on "Quick Search" (top of next page). Fill in your preferences (Note: the "Price" field is required), and search for the properties that match your criteria!! TIP: A quick and easy way to view all properties in the Brookings-Harbor area is to search by zip code. Just type in "97415" (we're still such a small area, we only need one zip code!).
Still can't find what you want? Select the "My Dream Home" button (above left, fourth down) and fill in the requested information. INTERESTED IN PROPERTIES THAT HAVE SOLD RECENTLY?, select the "Seashore Listings" button at the top-left of this page; then the "Closed Listings (i.e., Sold Properties)" button. For additional information or questions on any of these properties, please select the "email Gloria" button (above left) and tell me what you need.

Personal
I am originally from a small town in North Carolina and later moved to southern California where my children were born and raised. My real estate career began in California nineteen years ago. After discovering the unsurpassed beauty of the southern Oregon coast fourteen years ago, I became an Oregon resident and have been practicing real estate here ever since. I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes three adorable grandsons (no girls!); golfing, when time and weather permit; reading; and traveling. | |
